Annoyance : the bait-and-switch lunch

When someone sets up a lunch meeting (meaning you get a free lunch), then has to cancel or reschedule the meeting the morning of the lunch. Which means I now have to go out and pay for a lunch, b/c I didn't bring one, b/c I thought I was getting it free.

Yeah, our account manager has a good reason (big meeting regarding the merger that was just announced) but its still annoying :-/
